Transfer Process

Step 1: Determining the receiving party

The main tasks involved in transferring your IP addresses or ASNs are done by the receiving party, which can either be the user (requires membership with the RIR) or the sponsoring LIR (Local Internet Registry). Please make sure you got a sponsoring LIR or became a member with the new RIR before initiating a transfer.

Step 2: Notify Arexico

Once you have found a party to transfer your IP addresses to, you must notify Arexico about the transfer so we can confirm it with the RIPE NCC. This can be done by contacting our customer support team via the live chat or by submitting a transfer request through MyArexico.

Step 3: Confirmation & Deregistration

After we have been notified about the transfer, we will confirm it with the RIPE NCC. Your resources will now be deregistered from the Arexico Registry and registered with the new LIR.
